I called them up and the very nice customer service man did what he could to make sure I would pay the least I could by putting me on a cheaper photography plan and giving me 3 months free (my thanks are to him only and never Adobe). When I tried to cancel it, it said that as I chose to pay annually not monthly (although I had selected monthly billing) I had to pay over £200 to cancel it! 2 months and £102 later I finally called them up to explain that not only were their apps useless, I am expected to pay a total of over £300 for never using the apps. It turns out none of them were useful but during the busy scheduling of the preparations, I forgot to cancel the membership before the free trial ended. Applied for a free trial to see which apps, if any, would be useful during the pre-production of our show.
